The review process

Articles which are judged by the editors to be relevant, readable and to fit well into the context of the journal may be published without further review process – a recent study has shown, that the refereeing process does not improve the quality of the articles, while instead it is slowing down the publication process and is creating additional costs.
If a review process is applied to an article, then it will be public - the referee’s comments will be published under the name of the referee.
